Since moving to his in-laws farm, Ben has taken up animal husbandry, electrical work, small engine repair, gardening, beekeeping, tree felling, welding, shape note singing, ballroom dancing, taekwondo, and now TEETH. Inspiration for this show comes from his day job as a nurse anesthetist at two local dental offices. His patients prefer to be put to sleep by his medicine, but that doesn't stop him from trying his comedy. Ben is indebted to so many people for getting this project off the ground. He hopes you find this as enjoyable to watch as it has been to film!

Thomas was born in Southern Africa and moved to the United States to pursue his dreams. He has raised three beautiful children. With the kids out of the nest, Thomas decided it was time for his own dreams to take shape. Being a part of surgeries all over the US, Canada, and the globe has been an amazing experience. Thomas has been able to assist and guide many surgeons during dental procedures, giving patients their functionality, aesthetics, and confidence to go out in public and excel.
Having experienced the daily challenges and difficulties in dentistry, it was only fit to share the funny nuances that have happened over the past 25 years. Living each day to the fullest and experiencing life as if it’s our last, Thomas is excited to be a part of the “Teeth” cast as “Dr.Swivel.” He hopes you will see the humor in our stories and he looks forward to sharing these crazy moments with the audience. Thomas has been blessed to know Ben and Russ and he truly believes that the cast members of “Teeth” will be able to make you laugh and help you to remember your funny situations. Remember to “Laugh out loud and smile, it’s free." Warm regards from the “idea-man,”

JOHN DEL RE
John Delre makes his Director of Photography debut with the pilot episode of TEETH. His appreciation for the process of filming started with work as an extra on Homeland in 2017. Most recently, he worked as a stand-in for the tv series Dopesick. Working at length on Dopesick gave John the proximity and opportunity to absorb cinematographic knowledge and the inspiration to put it into action.
John's instinctive leadership stems from a professional lifetime of self employment as a master carpenter. Some of his most notable work is on display in the historic buildings at Maymont and the Byrd Theatre in his current city of residence, Richmond, VA. John spends much of his free time on carpentry projects for loved ones and friends.
John's Italian lineage provides a basis for his love of language, differing cultures and romantic ideals. A lifetime of world travel has fostered his imagination and appreciation for beauty and art. A native of Clarke County, VA, John's creative work and mark on his community have been inspired by his family John, Kelly and Leyland Del Re, his best friend Graham DeZarn, and his loving partner, Allison Singer.
Gary Green has been fortunate to balance combined careers in music and theatre over the years. As a recital accompanist, he made his New York Carnegie Recital Hall debut, and his Broadway debut as an actor in Terrence McNally's 1996 Tony award winning play, Master Class, opposite Patti LuPone as the legendary operatic soprano, Maria Callas. He continued his role on the National Tour starring Faye Dunaway. He served on the faculty of The College of William and Mary's Department of Theatre, Speech, and Dance, (where he met a young Ben hartland), for 13 years teaching three levels of musical theatre classes, directing and conducting musicals, teaching private voice and working for the Virginia Shakespeare Festival. Upon retirement, he returned to Kansas City, and the area where he grew up, Edgerton, Kansas. He is currently on the board of the Kansas City Baroque Consortium and has a private voice studio in Kansas City.

Born and raised in South Georgia, Allison moved to Virginia with her family while in her late-teens. She has since grown her roots and resides in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. In 2014, Allison graduated with an Associates Degree in Nursing, and began her career as a bedside nurse. She later obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through James Madison University. Allison is currently part of the wonderful anesthesia team at Massanutten Dental and Oral Surgery.
Mother to two pre-teens, Allison spends most of her time outside of work being chauffeur to ball practices and sporting events. Any time in between consists mostly of playing "catch up" on motherly duties, while also squeezing in a few classes at her local Burn Boot Camp. Allison's greatest joy in life is motherhood itself, with an emphasis on natural living- making her a "crunchy" mom, if you will. She takes her role in raising the next generation very seriously, knowing the importance of prioritizing family values and protecting them at all costs. Her goals for the future include owning a modest 25 acre homestead, complete with farm critters, gardens, and beehives. And who knows, maybe even expanding her family by another baby, or three.
Actress | Julie
Myra was born and raised in the quaint, yet beautiful Shenandoah Valley, where she spends most of her precious time raising her two beautiful daughters, age 9 and 10. The rest of her time is spent working as a nurse, as she has for the last 6 years. She's currently dreading, er, preparing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner student. As far as hobbies go, she has almost none. Unless of course, you consider making puzzles in between loads of laundry a hobby. But for fun, she does enjoy attending bodybuilding classes at her local CrossFit gym and rage cleaning. She might be strong in her mid-30's but her joints say she's 80.
There was this time where she was once a very timid person who kept all her thoughts and ideas to herself. If you know the real her, you know that you'd never catch her alive acting in any role other than real life. Over the years, she has become one of the most dry humored, blunt and honest people you will ever meet who is fluent in sarcasm. You will never hear anyone refer to her as a "ray of sunshine", which is why her role in the show is so full of life. She might seem like she only has a dark side, but don't worry, her patients get to see the light...sometimes.

Leyland enjoys ballroom dance with her husband Ben, shape note singing with family and friends, beekeeping, raising poultry and pigs, playing the banjo and growing trees, shrubs, fruits, and veggies. TEETH TV has become the third baby in the Hartland-Delre home but luckily Ben has been the one staying up at night with it.

Actress | Irene
I call myself a "seasoned" citizen: a good dose of spice, somewhat salty, lots of sweetness and never sour or bitter. At this age I still have more questions than I do answers. I am short for my height and younger than my age and 100% Italian heritage. I have had many nicknames through the years but I love answering to my husband of 45 years. Alan's nickname for me is Cecelah. The " lah" at the end meaning "person of endearment" in Yiddish. I love answering to Mom from our two grown sons, Jesse and Nick and my one daughter-in-law, Shelby. I have 3 step grandchildren, Drake, Kimber and Jen who call me simply, grandma and a sweet new grandson, Ethan, who is 7 months old. Wonder what he will call me?! I worked for 22 years as a nurse, working in a variety of places and 8 years as a flight nurse with the Air National Guard in Delaware. I also worked as a sign language interpreter for the Deaf in St. Louis, Missouri. I worked as a security guard in St. Elizabeth college in N.J. for almost 2 years. For hobbies, I enjoy ballroom dancing at Social Graces in Berryville. It's awesome. I also love creating watercolor paintings. Although my only experience in acting has been in high school in two plays, in college in a one act play and in two sign language performances, the most challenging one was interpreting Hamlet. I am truly thrilled that Ben asked me to be a part of his and Russ's comedy series Teeth. Our world needs laughter more than ever! Thank you so much, Ben, for inviting me in. God bless you and the entire staff and crew!
Rob is a CRNA, hypnotist, and farmer in the mountains of North Carolina just northwest of Asheville. He did theatre in college like his friend Ben, but has not dabbled in it since until TEETH. Rob lives on his compound with his wife and daughter. He is grateful to be apart of TEETH but not as grateful as Ben is for having him star in it. Rob and Ben go back and forth to see who is crazier, which up until recently was always Rob. Maybe TEETH will change the scales in Ben's favor, but Rob doesn't think so.
This guy showed up on the set one day saying that he makes a living scaring kids into brushing his teeth. We tried him behind the camera and he just never left. Here is his Tik Tok page....
My name is Erin, I have spent my whole entire life in the dental world. Outside of dentistry, I have a passion for animals, ALL animals (with fur). My fiancee and I have around 40 chickens (chicken math is a real thing, LOOK IT UP), a whole slew of ducks, geese, pigs, dogs, and we have ONE cat. Never pictured doing anything with filming or the arts, but here we are!
Janna is a reiki master with an English degree. She enjoys creating art with others, growing flowers, reading, singing, horses and sailing.
